Not all people need to have Silverlight / WPF, but a definite plus for the ones with it. These are contract-to-hire opportunities with one of our clients in Fort Mill, SC. The intention is definitely to hire everyone if they work out, but client won't be able to convert everyone at the same time. Expect the conversion to be somewhere in the 6 - 24 months range, and need to be OK with an indefinite contract.
Target contract range is $40 - 50/hr. W2, but there is flexibility on this to find the right person. No 3rd party arrangements or sponsorship available for these positions. A local candidate is strongly preferred but client is willing to consider people who are able to relocate to the Fort Mill area on their own.
