DSL is supporting large Prime Government Contractor searching for a Human Resource Sr Process Improvement Specialist to support our customer's geospatial program in Springfield, VA,

Location: Springfield, VA
Clearance: Top Secret SCI
Salary: Up to $135K DOE

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Process Improvement Specialist will conduct research of industry, Department of Labor, and DCIPS analysis of salary ranges to include work experience, and education requirements necessary to establish salary and band levels for the customer's various work roles. Pay setting for work roles will be coordinated with the customer's HDR representatives and agency stakeholders and will be based on documentation of salary ranges for the same or similar occupations across industry and throughout the public sector. In addition, the Process Improvement Specialist will engage with the customer to identify efficiency improvements that would positively impact customer service. Specific products that will be supported include: Planning Documents, Bi-weekly status reports, Meeting Minutes, Work Role reports, Work Role Salary Reports, Final Report summarizing all findings, research, considerations, and recommendations for all Work Role salary quartiles. An active TS/SCI level clearance is a must to be considered, as well as the ability to pass and maintain a Polygraph after being hired.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
: Bachelor's Degree
: 11 years of experience in Process Improvement or related field
: 5 years of experience in administrating or leading HR functions
: Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures
: Comprehensive understanding of Federal paysetting and federal classification guidelines
: Experience designing and implementing studies in a federal organization that resulted in a report of findings with concrete recommendations for improvement.
: Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional organization with analysis/assessment methodologies and associated tools
: Experience directing the activities of engineers, specialists, or other staff as necessary related to process improvement activities
: Experience designing new processes and documenting improvements
: Ability to direct implementation activities
: Experience working with executive level clients

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

: Professional certification in one or more of the following: ITIL, Six sigma, CMMI, or ISO
: Knowledge of the IC and experience supporting an IC agency
