Greylocke & Company is expanding its recruiting team by hiring two (2) full time Executive Recruiters.  Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Greylocke & Company provides permanent search, temp-to-hire, and consulting services to its clients in the areas of finance & accounting as well as grants & contracts at all levels of experience. Our target industries are international NGO and sponsored/medical research, yet we also have clients in the real estate/property management, technology, commercial, government contracting, and association fields. Having just celebrated our first decade of service, we are already on pace to place more professionals in 2017 than any previous year, and we want you to be a big part of it.


Working with colleagues who have a more than 20 years of successful experience in the recruiting industry, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best who will help guide you in the nuances of effective business development, candidate recruitment and client management.  What’s more, unlike other “staffing firms” who separate its various lines of business, Greylocke & Company encourages having you be the primary point of contact for a client. In other words, you will lead all search efforts regardless of whether it is for a permanent CFO or temporary Grants Administrator.  Additionally, we operate in a structure in which you will have the opportunity to earn credit for every placement our company makes, regardless of how the requirement came in to us.


Ideally, we want you if you are able to bring at least 3 years of recruiting agency experience to us and have performed on both the business development and recruiting side of the process.  We offer very competitive compensation without a cap, flexible work hours, and access to state of the art recruiting systems.
