Description: PCM is currently searching for an IT Compliance Analyst for a direct hire role with our client in the Leawood, KS area. This role’s focus is to assess and oversee all technology-related compliance issues across the organization including regulatory, information security, data privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access and data integrity. This includes providing objective risk assessments of the company's compliance with all regulatory, organizational and commercial requirements governing the organization's information technology and security systems.
This position is responsible in the conducting of PCI-DSS, IT SOX, SSAE, third-party vendor, and data privacy audits on an annual basis. This position offers a generous benefit package including Health, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, tuition reimbursement, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
• Successful complete and manage all compliance audits
o Annual PCI Service Provider
o Annual PCI SAQ-D
o Two Annual SOC1 Type2
o SOX audits of 3 separate platforms
o Internal audits
• Work with other teams to ensure processes and procedures stay in compliance
o Review existing policies and procedures
o Updating of existing policies and procedures in cooperation with internal teams
• Respond to security and process questions usually in response to RFP's or due diligence when working with 3rd party providers
• Provide evidence of access reviews, OS and network patching, etc on the #OE shared infrastructure upon request
To stay abreast of, research and advise on relevant regulatory matters and adjust documentation and procedures accordingly

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Financial services experience in a control/compliance or regulatory role
• Experience in creating and reviewing SDLC related deliverables; preparing, reviewing and executing test plans; eliciting business and functional requirements; and creating traceability matrices.
• Experience of collating information in excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
• Polite and professional in all communication both internally and externally
