Job Description

Our client is in need of a Senior Project Manager in the P&C US Deposits area to manage two Projects. The first project is Deposits Annual Fee Repricing - Strategic realignment of fees based on competitors. Communication and technology effort will be simple and focused to those impacted. The second project is to build a High Yield Money Market account based off an existing MMA that has been used in the past.

We require a strong PM with 3 - 7 years of Project Management Experience preferably in the Banking industry or Insurance Industry.

*Please note that 1-3 are non-negotiable

• Prior project management / PMO experience for projects with budgets in excess of $500,000.
• Strong analytical, project budget and forecasting, project management and communication skills. This individual will have very strong excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint skills.
• In depth understanding of SDLC’s and the key dependencies within each phase of a methodology. Past experience planning project work activities in a concurrent manner to minimize the overall timeline, avoid sequential activities, and lag time where possible while maintaining quality and reducing risk.
• Ability to create executive summary and communicate with executive leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to “think outside the box”.
• Ability to introduce new techniques or metrics to control and monitor costs, risks, progress, and schedule.
