Managers Notes – PLEASE READ!!!
• The bank is about to look at creating mobile content in Spanish. The bank will be the first in the industry to carry out this initiative. It’s an exciting project to be a part of and a first for the industry.
• Manage the entire project to translate the existing English-language content to Spanish.
• Work with key stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, to establish an ongoing workable, consistent and documented process for digital content translation. Process must include determination of which English-language content gets translated to Spanish.
• Responsible for quality assurance review and user testing of Spanish-language digital content, as well as alignment with English-language content.
• This is a 9 month project with potential to be extended.
• I cannot stress enough that resume presentation is EXTREMELY important. Resumes must look professional, have perfect spelling and grammar and also have perfect formatting. The manager considers the resume to be a reflection on how a Project Manager would present themselves and will not read the resume and reject the candidate if the resume looks like a mess or is difficult to read. Please spend the time on this or your candidate will not go far at all.
• Another important point is this role is part of the Marketing Department, NOT IT. Candidates that have mostly IT experience or been in IT departments and have technical information on their resume will not be reviewed by myself and automatically rejected.
