Manager Comments
• Manager is not looking to see anyone come from Mortgage Banking backgrounds, the candidates do not seem to do well in this environment.
• This is within commercial banking, candidates with experience here is a nice to have – don’t focus your search here however.
• 6 month contract however this is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to get their foot in the door with the company as the manager does refer great talent to other managers.
• Any candidates with an interest in getting into the banking industry would be nice to see.
• Candidates must be self starters, have good computer skills, and be VERY professional.

Summary:
• Responsible for reviewing financial statements, borrower compliance, and executed loan documentation to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower.
• Responsible for updating systems to indicate documents have been received and creating inventory listing for submission to the centralized record keeping area.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Entry level to 2 years of loan or documentation processing experience in a commercial banking institution or related financial institution required.

Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, customers, and outside agencies in both verbal\written form.
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works in a team environment gathering outstanding conditions and upon receipt performs analysis and prepares files.
• Provides support to the Loan Administration team, and documentation and closing departments.
• Works in close contact with professional staff, requiring suitable attire and demeanor at all times.
