1. Excellent Customer Service as a desktop support analyst or help desk analyst.
2. 2 – 4 years experience with providing deskside support on PC equipment
3. Candidate must have an understanding and experience with imaging PCs

Other Notes:
• The manager is currently looking to bring on a contractor to support the bank during a physical move.
• The candidate will be troubleshooting, providing direction to suppliers and testing applications and ensuring they work with the new hardware.
• This role requires someone with a car and someone that can drive between the following three locations – Naperville, IL / Buffalo Grove, IL / Cedarburg, WI. Expenses will be reimbursed.
• Candidates with Financial Services Industry experience will be preferred.
• The business has over 190 applications that this candidate will be interacting with and testing. Specific knowledge isn’t required, but experience handling as many applications in the past is preferential.
• Certifications are not necessary. A+ certification is the only one that is a nice to have.
• There will be a one step phone interview with the candidate the week of the 31st.
• There is a possibility of extension, no possibility of a full time placement at this time.

Summary:
• Research, design, develop, and test computer or computer-related equipment.
• Responsible for supervising the manufacturing and installation of computer or computer-related equipment

Education/Experience
• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field or equivalent training/education required.
• 2 to 4 years customer service related experience required

Skills and Competencies:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time- Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and internet directory services software

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in computer technology.
• Provide technical support to designers, marketing and sales departments, suppliers, engineers and other team members throughout the product development and implementation process.
• Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements, by recording and analyzing test data.
• Monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including type of computers and peripheral equipment modifications
