Is a data, analytics and systems integration consulting firm, headquartered in Toronto.  Started in 2005 by two partners it has gone on to become a leading boutique consulting firm in the BI, Data and Analytics space and are presently moving into AI and data science.



A manager who is well versed in the field of Data. Working with the organization, you will be instrumental in helping drive the strategy and execution of their practice. As the Practice Manager you will work with your team to implement and carry out innovative solutions as well as attain the mission and the goals of our client, and their clients.

The Practice Manager also needs to be passionate about people, essentially a “champion of the people”. You will be responsible for the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, and high performance.


  • Own the strategy, the budget and overall accountability for the Data Practice

  • Help team members with the successful delivery of their technical projects by providing guidance and best practices as well as hands-on support as needed

  • Maximize team performance through effective team building activities that increase productivity and job satisfaction

  • Participate in resource forecasting and resource management with the management team for current and future engagements.

  • Conduct regular monthly one-on-one meetings with individuals on your team and work with individuals on their professional development plan

  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals and address employee issues o concerns

  • Promote and exemplify the company’s culture and our core values

  • Assist in interviewing and selecting, onboarding, offboarding team members

  • Participate in Trade specific activities for networking and our clients brand awareness

  • Be available for sales support as needed, review and approve approaches, proposal content and project plan as it relates to the practice and ensures contracts reflect the Practice's needs



  • In full project delivery of complex BI/DW projects as it relates to the practice and 1+ years of experience managing people

  • Excellent skills in negotiation and crisis management and the ability to effectively analyze situations, break down problems and identify key issues

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Above average interpersonal, relationship building, employee coaching and development skills

  • Broad knowledge and experience in functions, operation and mission of Data

  • Proven ability to lead and develop personnel and practice and serve as a knowledgeable resource to direct reports and management team

  • General knowledge of employee relations basic economics, budgeting and accounting principles and practices

  • Experience in practising a high level of confidentiality



  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, related topic or relevant work experience

  • Specialized training in management and sales support experience and data specific certifications are a nice to have
