Provide customers with World Class customer service, and support Outside Sales and Operation Teams to drive sales and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Demonstrate a go-getter attitude, the initiative to take the time to learn product and service offering, and the desire to take advantage of training opportunities provided by the company.
Work co-operatively and support all internal partners (Warehouse, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Outside Sales Teams) and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales and operational targets.
Manage and support walk-in customers, and inbound calls. Upselling, communicating current promotions, and effectively handling issues and concerns.
Responsible for all aspect of Order Management for new and existing customers, including order entry, quoting, product sourcing, expediting, managing back orders, pricing and other data entry functions.
Accountable for properly invoicing and filing paperwork and maintaining customer notes in our Database
Deliver Products and provide onsite services for Customers (Valid Drivers License required, all other applicable training will be provided)
Actively support and perform Warehouse/Operation Functions as required
Actively participate in Team Meetings and Operation Calls to share best practices and discuss process improvement opportunities
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Company code of Ethics Qualifications

Knowledge of restoration, abatement, construction, and/or safety industry a valued asset but not required
A self-starter that is extremely motivated
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
2 years customer service experience
